Create Your Own Life Path Quilt Collage
To realize and live your Life Dream, it is helpful to create representations, or Totems, of the Values and Qualities you are aiming to actualize. A Life Path Quilt collage is a creative technique you can use to remind yourself of the entire process of your purposeful Life Journey, from Past to Present to Fulfilled Life Dream Future. Two 'quilt designs' or Patterns are offered in the template below. You may either state 3 Qualities associated with Past, Present and Future and construct a collage with art or magazine pictures to represent each of those values as outlined below (Left guide); or else construct a collage to represent how you are resolving an Obstacle by stating 3 Qualities for Obstacle, Resources/Aids and Solutions or Goals Achieved and using art or magazine pictures to represent those qualities as outlined below (Right guide). When you engage in the Life Path Mapping Process with Dr. Watts, the Qualities that you choose to represent will be derived from Level 3 and Level 4 creative techniques.
